Le Works is a boutique management consultancy led by TC — a Registered Management Consultant (RMC-10581) with 15+ years of experience across enterprise sales, channel development, and regional business development in Singapore and APAC.

TC brings a rare combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. He has built BD functions from scratch, scaled APAC revenue from zero to USD 1.3M, and advised clients on EDG and MRA grant positioning, CRM implementation, market research, and overseas market entry. Le Works is available for select consulting projects where real impact is required.
